Its factually misleading to label your graphic Fruit of the Poisonous Tree when your graphic is not specifically about that. Your tree describes many different legal malfeasances - fraud, obstruction, etc. so maybe change the title. Also crop the margins left and right.
Visually it is very appealing.
Just saying, but ask a lawfag or check a law dictionary because the language is important.
