Boy, if there is a bakers union on QR, it's super secret bc i baked every single day and saw ZERO evidence.

When i started, there was ZERO drama either--but that was b4 new mgmt took over. Bakers not interested in that, it came to us. Can show, but it's tiresome.

RE TRUST: have few problems with trust bc it's easy to id who's trustworthy--you see who does good work and who has your back (like in life).

Trust between bakers and anons not that hard either if there good comms. Many bakers do not talk to anons bc they've gotten criticized. Some just aren't communicative, also--crusty oldfag chan types, whaddya gonna do? Hell, they still bake. If they won't post your notables, wait for another baker. (Or post at night when things are more comfy.)

But teamwork ain't that hard for those who are motivated. Just not a traditional chan-ny thing to do-- because gaming culture. QR grew out of the chans but it added something new: a real life dimension to the "game that isn't a game." Here the stakes are high and the players aren't NPCs but real people. Combine the freedom & creativity of the chan-think with the commitment and passion of patriots--plus great leaders like POTUS and Q--and you've got something truly remarkable.

PS LMAO re "HI Q!" posts. I don't write things to Q now unless i have something to say, but the at the start, i'd rack my brains to find something of value to say, so i'd have an excuse. Really, i just wanted to say "hi Q" but still sound like a grownup, kek.

This is wonderful work to be doing. Even during the worst of times, it's wonderful.
