I have found the light for myself, and as far as Organic growth of the body...well if you mean surviving horrors, overcoming the worst possible mental and emotional pain and recovering from phsyical illness...I have over come all of that...I know who I am and why I am here...I can see truth and usually detect lies and deceit...doesn't make one a popular person.
