Financing the Work of the Lucis Trust

Money is the manifestation of energy. All energy can be applied in differing ways, being in itself an impersonal and blind force. It can be selfishly or unselfishly used. As money has in the past ministered to personal and family need, so in the future it must minister to group and world need. Alice Bailey

Lucis Trust programmes and activities are funded entirely by donation – there are no fees or subscriptions charged for study with the Arcane School or for literature or Newsletter subscriptions. This means that the work depends upon the shared responsibility of all who draw inspiration from it. Sustained and regular contributions from students and friends of the Work, including bequests, provide the vital funds needed to enable the Trust to develop and enhance its response to human need. Supporters are encouraged to use a meditation visualizing money flowing into activities working for right relations (such as, but not limited to, the activities of the Lucis Trust). Publications of the Lucis publishing companies, including the Alice Bailey books and The Beacon magazine, are available for purchase.

It's said that the "principle of sharing" will govern the coming civilisation. Money, or concretised energy, is presently largely concentrated in the hands of the few. But, through the concerted efforts of a worldwide group, money can begin to be re-directed along spiritual lines and towards the meeting of human need.
