My opinion, many have been intentionally started.
A middle eastern woman was caught in the act of starting a fire down here, last week. It was reported on BB. It is rare that women start these fires. This is the first one I have ever heard of.
I think it could be an assault. One thing, the fire bugs wait all year, for these annual winds to begin.
