something to keep in mind:
the pareto principle
also known as the 80/20 rule
...states that, for many system, roughly 80% of the productive output come from 20% of the participants.

meaning, if we have 100 anons here
we have ~20 anons doing ~80% of the work
and that is just math
out of those 20 anons, we have managed to roll a low distribution of graphic artists/ memefags
the math makes it very clear what needs to happen to increase that number
