What is written in law is the attempt to capture and codify a living spirit, the law as it exists in the heart and minds. The living law is something we feel when we KNOW something to be right or wrong, not something we have to look up.
Different nations and people KNOW differently. This is why the promiscuous import of diverse populations with conflicting commercial, social and sexual practises is socially destructive of the cultures involved.
In the US the clever cultists have past more laws to "protect the rights of all" which is impossible since the communities commercial social and sexual practises conflict at fundamental levels. Laws are deliberately used to create disharmony, dispense very unequal and irrational justice under a supposedly rational and logical system.
This is Lawfare Lawfare is a form of war consisting of the use of the legal system against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, tying up their time or winning a public relations victory.[1][2] The term is a portmanteau of the words law and warfare.
