Face color is consistent with hypoxia/anoxia but there is no livid morbidity (blueing of the torso) so hanging is probable but IS HE DEAD? There are no cardiac monitor leads noted. That would be a priority as would an IV to push epi and monitor asystole.
Notice his hands... paste white hands are cuffed in front which is keeping them in position. Notice EMS bag with O2 Sat lead is NOT connected to a finger. No IV and PARAMEDICS would intubate on scene not bag valve mask him.
AED in pic 2 is covered... AED in PIC 1 shows AED wires but no 02 Sat on finger
