I have a system I sketched-out to accomplish a new net, run by the people and free from censorship and control. It is based upon Quantum computer distributed servers, with intermediary relay nodes and local community decryption boxes controlled by distributed people in a block-chain type arrangement, to provide a new free internet...some of the data on the LAN can run via the electric wires but the main hubs can connect into existing optic fiber cable systems.
