I believe that you can bypass the ban by getting a new IP address. I don't know what kind of internet connection you have but you can typically get a new IP address by unplugging your modem and plugging it in again a minute later. Your modem will just grab a new IP address.

Maybe? you also might want to change your DNS. It worked for me yesterday.

However, 4kun qresearch is pretty much shut down right now.
