The Show Cause on Contempt hearing began on October 27, and concluded on Oct.31, with Judge Hoyt demanding GP & CE provide the name of the 3rd FBI CI in the Dallas hotel room that night when FBI contractor & CI Mike Hasson showed some of the 350 terabytes of data downloaded off of the Chinese server to Gregg Phillips.

When both defendants refused to give the Court & Konnech the name, Judge Hoyt ordered both of them jailed for contempt of court until they complied with his order.
