The BO is present and communicating. There was a surge in peer activity to the zite by around 2000Ids suddenly about two hours ago, which I am monitoring to try and figure out what for. Because of how the site works, it's not likely a threat, and could indicate other activity.

I would say that you are viewing it wrong, but trying to argue that is kind of pointless with someone concerned about government tracking in the same sentence as smart phones. The platform isn't about tracking or not tracking. It's about being literally incapable of being deplatformed or censored.

I'm not going to try and trigger a board war, but I am going to say that we are currently scattered between Here, Voat, Twitter (which... groupies...) and 08chan. If we are not going to all easily jump onto the same board, then we need to start organizing some cross-comms to keep each other in the loop from time to time.

Others need to step up for Voat and twitter - although twitter seems to provide enough lurkers for its own intelligence.

The reality is that 8chan is probably not going to come up any time soon. The DNS registrar is expiring and is not going to be renewed. The options for hosting are Alphabet and Amazon for DDoS protection - which means no. It's an artifact of how the internet we are familiar with works, and CodeMonkey is really between a rock and a hard place. We are going to be in these bunkers for a while, and if we're not all going to camp under the same roof, we should still keep in touch.

Mind that I enjoy being a bit of a character. Don't get titties in a twist.
