The cp spam is a problem on many imageboards, Endchan and Wrongthink are just one stop for the attacker. It goes on for years now, and not much can be do about it, just delete them in timely fashion. Sometimes it is posted on only one board, sometimes two, sometimes on many. These months it happens on weekends more than on weekdays; I wouldn't draw conclusions from this however. It is usually a pic (the severity varies), a link to somewhere (unverifiable - and frankly, who wants to do that?! - if that actually contains anything, or the particular site is to gather information about visitors or whatever else it can be), and some text, sometimes in various languages.
I suggest the following if come across one:
1. report it with the form at the bottom of the page, or reach out via IRC for example and notify us;
2. delete the cache of your browser asap, while these are just thumbnails, the full images don't get downloaded if not opened, it is still a good idea to do that (or use incognito mode, or some browser addon that clears the cache for you, or disable caching, or any other solution).
Besides this spam - which is very likely automated - occasionally other stuff appears, do the same.
Meanwhile I wrote this, it happened again. Funny.
