Exactly. Whenever info is at risk of no longer being contained by the "bad guys" they distribute the info to individuals or organizations to do a controlled release - its called a limited hangout. The "conservative" platforms Tucker, Daily Wire, Musk, The Intercept, AJ, Jordan Peterson, Rubin etc...(personally I think anyone currently who is "allowed" to have a platform) each targets a different demographic or audience but they all work together in controlling the timing of the release, the presentation and ultimately setting the margins of what is deemed extreme or acceptable.

Although, knowing this, it does reveal their cards...
