Kari Lake’s SC lawsuit claims that MCTEC sent 263,379 ballots to Runbeck.

Runbeck returned 298,942 ballots to MCTEC.
35,563 extra ballots were inserted, and a Runbeck whistleblower testified that Runbeck allowed this to happen.
