As an alcoholic I really wish I could slowly nip on some single malt scotch like you did, but I tend to start pounding a bottle after a couple glasses of cheap blended scotch, and then the next thing I know, I wake up, blow into the BACtrack and say "0.13 I'm on my way back to sobriety!"
