Because even their local cronies have been sprayed in front of their houses, goes to show that the upper echelon of clowns are willing to get their own cronies sick in order to:

a. cause a real panic with many injuries
b. put blame on others in hopes that we fight each other
c. kill their cronies because they have no further use for them.
