It sounds like both Dubin and Rogan (or whoever pays them) are going after the black vote using justice reform...ironically or not so ironically it back fired in a big way.

[framing the listener if they don't consider race as a factor] [frames Trump]
[4:37] Josh Dubin - People always ask, why do you bring up race?...My response to that is if you don't talk about how it [race] impacts the system, even for people who have been found guilty, it's like having a conversation about Pres. Biden and ignoring the very obvious, apparent cognitive deficiencies he has. It would be like talking about Donald Trump and not recognizing that he seems like an unhinged lunatic,it would be like talking about Kamala Harris and ignoring that she didn't do much to advance criminal justice. You have to confront it...

[framing Dubin as a hero]
[6:20] Rogan - One of the things that has happened through our conversations we have had on the show, it highlights how insanely broken the criminal justice system is and how little oversight there is and how few people are looking at these individual cases and you can have one judge who does what they did to you [Sheldon] and no one is looking, no one cares, no one pays attention, until someone like you [Dubin] goes in and starts combing through this...

[framing Trump]
[7:15] Rogan [shakes his head back and forth, mockingly]...this is my take on the whole "make America great again thing"...you want to make America great again, make it so there are less losers, make it so more people have a fucking chance...the idea that everyone starts on the same line, I mean I'm not talking about equality of outcome, that's not possible, but equality of opportunity that's possible. It's a possible goal and at least we could advance that it...just makes no sense to me...and we don't do a fucking thing about it.

[framing Rogan as a hero]
[8:33] Dubin to Sheldon - ...This is the mother fucker that gets it.

[frames America]
[8:37] Rogan - ...it makes no sense to me and it's not a substance of any presidential debates...we have to fix this, this has been a problem for decades going back through Jim Crow, back to slavery, same communities, and we don't do anything, redlining...
