It's a Let's Encrypt cert, they expire every 3 months (from Jan 15: 1 month to Feb 15, 2 months to March 15, 3 months to April 15(14)).
It's fairly easy to configure it, they have instructions on their site, and if you use Virtualmin or cPanel or etc, it can do it for you.
There's some DNS configuration may need to be done but it walks through it in the docs.
Jim needs to know this, or direct one of his employees to the docs.
