The census has stated the same percentage for decades. 12-13% of U.S. Population are black. Ask any well educated black friend and they will tell you 40%. They truly believe they make up nearly half the population. You would too, judging by the number of black people is high positions. When you show them how wrong they are, they will come back with 'Well, minorities in U.S. are 40%'

That may or may not be true, but well educated Blacks have been taought they deserve more because they are more. See how that interferes with logic and truth.
I have asked a few of my high degreed friends who happen to be very smart and well educated.
