20 men were found dead after cartel violence.
Five were decapitated, with four of those bodies hung upside down on a bridge near Culiacán, Sinaloa.
The other 15 bodies, including the fifth decapitated one, were found in a nearby van.
A plastic bag with five human heads was also found near the bridge.
