Bigtree pointed to legislative efforts in multiple states, with Florida and Tennessee successfully passing laws to ban such activities, citing environmental and public health risks. He referenced a proposed Florida bill that prohibits the release of substances or the use of devices to affect weather or climate, emphasizing the state’s intent to protect its airspace in the absence of federal guidelines.
Bigtree also discussed claims by figures like Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who suggested federal weather manipulation, particularly in relation to hurricanes, might have political motives. While acknowledging the controversy surrounding such assertions, he challenged denials from officials like President Biden, who called weather control claims “ridiculous.”
Bigtree countered that weather modification has been documented since the Vietnam War and cited China’s reported weather control during the Olympics as evidence of its feasibility. He expressed concern over stratospheric aerosol injections, alleging they are dispersed through jet fuel, possibly linked to DARPA, and referenced soil and tree samples that appear contaminated by substances falling from the sky.
With 31 states reportedly introducing “Clear Skies” initiatives to curb geoengineering, Bigtree underscored the urgency of addressing what he sees as a deliberate manipulation of the atmosphere. He questioned the intentions behind these activities and called for greater transparency, urging scrutiny of what is being released into the air and its impact on the environment and public health.
This issue, he argued, demands serious discussion beyond dismissive labels of conspiracy, given the legislative victories and widespread public concern.
