Travel - State Dept @TravelGov - Southern China: Typhoon Wipha is expected to make landfall somewhere in the south China provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, and Hainan sometime between Sunday, July 20 and Monday, July 21. China’s Central Meteorological Observatory issued a typhoon warning on Friday morning. Authorities in Hainan province announced that they may suspend travel between Hainan province and mainland China over the weekend. Heavy rainfall warnings have been issued for Shenzhen city.
