Guillermo Toledo-Nino, a Mexican criminal illegal alien, was convicted of negligent homicide in 2005 in Fort Wayne, IN, after he killed someone while driving intoxicated.
He was deported in 2014 but snuck back into the country.
In 2024, he was convicted of illegal reentry.
ICE New Orleans picked him up at the end of his sentence to await deportation.
