Any masked man tries to open my car door to get into my locked car I am driving away & it won't be at parade speed.Finally a case that puts a morality component to the BS theory that courts have allowed when a driver tries to get away from a danger - the car them becomes the "weapon" and officer assassinating a driver becomes self defense. I DEFEATED this claim MORRIS County NJ case.I am pro law enforcement BUT not pro death as penalty for this. The issue here is nuanced in law bc of BS law but NOT in morality. Come at me-I don't care.
