Archbishop Paul S. Coakley @ArchbishopOKC - In view of the winter storm that has begun across much of Oklahoma some are asking if I have granted a dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass this Sunday in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
I want to remind our priests as well as the faithful that if it not possible to travel to attend Mass due to whatever circumstances then the obligation is automatically lifted. Severe weather, dangerous road conditions, illness or the need to care for dependents could make Mass this weekend unreasonable if not impossible. Please use caution and look out for one another, especially the vulnerable.
Let us pray for one another.

Attorney General Keith Ellison @AGEllison - I share the intense grief and anger of so many that another Minnesotan - Alex Pretti, 37 years old, an ICU nurse who served veterans - was fatally shot during the Trump Administration's Operation Metro Surge.
On Monday, January 26, my office and I will be in court arguing to end this illegal and unconstitutional occupation of our cities and the terror and violence it's inflicting.
This must stop.
Now.

Attorney General Keith Ellison @AGEllison - I will always fight to defend the rule of law in Minnesota.
Last night's ruling protects that investigation by barring federal agents from altering or destroying any evidence they captured involving the fatal shooting of Alex.
Justice will be done.
