Pretti was legally allowed to carry, even if he was going out to film ICE agents. Pretti was NOT legally allowed to interfere with a law-enforcement operation and put his hands on officers, and being armed increased the chances of a lethal response to those choices. But he was allowed to have a gun on him at the time. But regardless of ANY OF THIS, for the love of all that is holy, if you are a Democrat who has argued against gun possession entirely, who is responsible for policies that suspend children if they play Cowboys and Indians on the playground, kindly sit down and shut up because you have excommunicated yourself from this and all future gun legality conversations.
