We have some workers at our house now and NES restored power to the area and they had no idea they were standing right next to a live wire on the ground since our house doesn't have power due to said line being ripped from the house. We've tried telling NES multiple times it was a hazard and have just been ignored. Those guys could've just lost their lives.
