Shoe @samosaur - When I found out Dr. LTC Theresa Long wasnt retiring as planned back in May of last year, I was curious. As many of you know, she held the line against an onslaught on our troops which greatly affected her physically and financially.
When I asked around, I found out SECWAR detailed her, at the request of Secretary Kennedy, to investigate the failure of our health surveillance system during the pandemic. I was pumped to find out she had been appointed by SECWAR for this task.
NOTHING is more important than finding out how and why, the most critical system in our militarys arsenal for identifying health threats to our troops, failed.
After a little less than a year in, we are all waiting for the results of this investigation. However, Im concerned now that the conversation has almost been entirely dropped by the pentagon and mostly dropped in the public domain.
Anyone who knows Dr. Long knows you would only pick her to do this investigation if you wanted to get to the truth. I pray she is getting all the support she needs in her investigation. Keep her in your prayers.
