There were reports from every other region where things are currently difficult. Kyiv, Dnipro, Poltava, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions; southern cities and communities; and our Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions. I thank all of the energy companies, everyone on the repair and emergency crews, and all of the entrepreneurs who are assisting. Some are fraudulently enrolled where states did not accurately verify their immigration status prior to enrolling them. Additionally, and this includes Minnesota, a number of states operate programs where they use state only funding to provide full Medicaid benefits to illegal aliens.
Minnesota was one of those states. California is another one.
However, we conducted audits of all of these states and found that these states improperly either intermixed funds or drew down federal funds improperly to use federal taxpayer money to fund full Medicaid benefits for illegals.
