Yesterday afternoon, Officer Enoch identified a vehicle linked to a known registered violent sex offender.
Officers determined that 55-year-old Richard Martin had been lingering in the area near a preschool for nearly an hour.
Under the terms of his restrictions, Martin is prohibited from being within 1,000 feet of any preschool or school.
Martin was taken into custody without incident for violating the conditions of his restrictions.
