DNI Gabbard's team concluded weeks ago the Biden-era ICAs were defective and should be recalled. These intelligence reports said it was very unlikely a foreign adversary was responsible for debilitating neurological conditions known as Havana Syndrome of Anomalous Health Incidents.
As I exclusively reported FEB 5, the DIG (Director's Initiatives Group) findings were ready and prepped for release weeks, but there has been strong resistance within elements of the intelligence community to releasing their findings.
