Epik LLC Prioritizes User Safety in Website Removal Decision Published: October 21, 2025 Website Removal Reflects Company’s Ongoing Commitment to Security and Compliance
SHERIDAN, WY – October 21, 2025 – The Epik LLC team can confirm that the Charlie Kirk Data Foundation website was disabled and publicly removed from our platform on September 15th, to ensure the safety of all credible users. After conducting a thorough review, we determined the domain and associated website violated multiple provisions of our Terms of Service. Specifically, the domain registration was created using false information, which constitutes a breach of our registration requirements. Our decision was further reinforced by verifiable DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) threats that were directly connected to the website’s activities.
As we have previously stated, Epik prioritizes the safety of our customers and the public, and we will not provide services to anyone that generates credible security threats. Our company remains focused on serving legitimate business owners and providing a safe, secure platform for all users.
Under its previous ownership, Epik was linked to controversial websites and was known as a “safe haven” for extremists. Since being purchased by Registered Agents Inc in 2023*, new ownership has made it clear that is no longer the case. The new Epik updated its terms of service and worked aggressively to clean up the platform and remove clients who violate company policies. Epik is now solely focused on rebuilding trust and providing products and services to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
