To be fair, yes, it is extremely difficult to charge Democrats in the DC courts. That is true. But that is not an excuse to do nothing. Among many other abuses, recall that thousands of people received pardons or commutations via autopen with zero evidence that the only person authorized to sign them, Joe Biden, had any awareness whatsoever of what was happening.
We have also seen the emails where Biden supposedly conveyed something verbally for which there is no firsthand documentation. Someone who was not even present then wrote it up. It was then sent to someone else to supposedly review, and finally someone else approved the use of the autopen. That is simply not how pardons are supposed to be executed under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1.
So forgive me for thinking that maybe some people are copping out of their responsibilities because they do not want to rock the DC establishment boat, and are blaming it on other problems instead.

The regime later tried to deny the story about the keys, but there is no dispute about the underlying reality tens of thousands of elementary school children were systematically indoctrinated in martyrdom and sent to clear minefields.
