Corie Whalen @CorieWhalen - Its honest to god fraudulent to pair this ballot language with the reality of this exceptionally partisan map. How can people be expected to understand what theyre voting on?
Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census.
Vote no. @VA_forFairMaps

Councilwoman Vickie Paladino @VickieforNYC - This is a very simple fact that nobody seems to realize. Eric Adams talked about it often, and so have others, myself included.
We actually have an incredibly small criminal element in this city.
The problem is they’ve been allowed to do whatever they want with virtually no consequences for years now, so their impact on our quality of life is disproportionately huge.
Nearly all crime in NYC is committed by a handful of dangerous recidivist criminals who we simply stopped putting in jail.
Catch and release, chronic downgrading of charges, decriminalization, bail reform, sanctuary policy — it all serves one purpose, to get recidivists back on the streets committing crimes.
It’s the progressive de-policing and decarceration agenda at work. And make no mistake, they have NO problem with any of it. They don’t care about crime, they care about ‘revolution’.
But back here in reality, we could fix nearly all crime in NYC by simply agreeing that a tiny percentage of the population are dangerous recidivists and need to be off the street. That’s it.
It’s not a ‘complicated problem’, it’s actually an incredibly simple problem. We’re just not allowed to solve it.
