He had NO business showing up to disturb this official congressional meeting, obviously in an attempt to gain publicity for his campaign "IN UNIFORM- Dress Blues no less." Then when he was asked to leave resisted to a point where he needed to be forcefully removed. During this removal he put his hand between the door and door jam, and held it there- himself. What ever happened to him was ON HIM.
Now Former Navy SEAL and Senator Tim Sheehy is being blamed for this, which is 100% wrong. This ass hole McGinnis is responsible for his own injuries, and I hope he learns a lesson of what Semper Fidelis really means. In that we are "Always Faithful" or "Always Loyal" to the Corps. What he did was bring disgrace and acting a fool while in uniform.
This is unforgivable, and not only should he face charges in civil court for his antics, but also under the UCMJ.
