Robert Holden @BobHoldenNYC - As a member of the NYC Council for 8 years, I heard numerous racist, anti-Semitic and vile comments from my colleagues on the left without any consequences whatsoever.
Now this version of the council decides that they will target Council Member Vickie Paladino over her social media posts they decided were “Islamophobic.”
This is a blatant and dangerous assault on the first amendment of a duly elected Council Member over nothing more than ideology. Selective enforcement is dangerous and wrong and the ramifications are more perilous than any social media post.
