U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement @ICEgov - New York rap artist Jimmy Francois aka Bentley Bugz was arraigned on a six-count CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING indictment March 6 following a multiagency investigation that included ICE HSI.
Francois allegedly sex trafficked a 16-year-old girl throughout multiple states — forcing her into prostitution and creating child sexual abuse material of his victim, which he posted online — and faces other charges.
Investigators uncovered a video in which he allegedly assaulted, demeaned and threatened the 16-year-old using statements such as, “I will personally break your bones.”
"The defendant's exploitation and trafficking of an innocent teenager can only be described as depravity in its most vile form," said ICE HSI New York Special Agent in Charge Michael Alfonso.
