Katie Daviscourt @KatieDaviscourt - Update: Olympus Spa will be asking the US Supreme Court to hear their case after the Ninth Circuit Appeals Court denied a rehearing last week.
The Korean FEMALE-ONLY nude spa was found to have violated the rights of a trans-identifying man with fully intact genitalia when the spa denied him from bathing nude with female patrons, and other services.
The Ninth Circuit panel decided last year, and just upheld, that the Seattle-area spa must permit men in its female-only designated areas, which also offer services to minors.
