>>178454Sean Parnell @SeanParnellASW - This Democrat operative has no idea what shes talking about and its shameful shed slander our military like this.
As someone whos actually been in these meetings here are the facts:
- Before the Department built up offensive combat power for Operation Epic Fury we quietly ensured that our defensive posture was in place sparing no expense or capability.
- Our defensive shield over the Middle East is the most sophisticated air and missile defense network ever fielded.
- Secretary Hegseth and our senior military leaders have from the start put the protection of our troops ahead of everything else and anticipated every desperate move Irans radical regime has made.
We are absolutely prepared for this fight. To suggest otherwise is a total fabrication.

Video: They went into this war prepared for certain threats like missiles. They did not go into this war prepared for other threats like drones hitting soft targets says Mara Karlin a former Pentagon official.

One top request from Governor Pillen was for our USDA team to work with ranchers impacted by these fires to provide flexibility, including moving permittees to other available allotments for grazing. I am on the phone now and we will make this happen. I have also been in touch with @SecretaryBurgum and @Interior as we work closely together to do everything possible for those affected.
Grateful for our first responders working around the clock to protect lives, land, livestock, and property. USDA will continue coordinating with federal, state, and local officials as these fires remain dangerous and active. Please keep these communities in your prayers.
More updates soon.
