A jury convicted 65-year-old Ramon Arellano Sandoval after an ICE @HSIMiami probe found he exchanged thousands of text and video messages with a 14-year-old girl in rural Florida.
Knowing the victim’s age, Sandoval repeatedly solicited sexually explicit videos from her and directed her to produce child sexual abuse material, often in exchange for electronic payments.
He also traveled from Tennessee to Florida to engage in commercial sex with the minor.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement @ICEgov - TWO AMERICANS GET 20 YEARS EACH IN ICE HSI-LED FENTANYL PILL PRESS PROBE
Washington state residents Nicolas Bryan Adams and Timothy Maddox were convicted of fentanyl distribution and unlawful mail after an ICE HSI Spokane-led investigation into a conspiracy to mass produce and distribute fentanyl-laced pills using a commercial grade pill press and dies from China.
The two set up a pill press operation in the basement of Adams’ residence, mixing powdered fentanyl and cutting agents to make their own fentanyl pills for bulk distribution into the community.
When arrested, the two had enough fentanyl powder for 2 MILLION fentanyl-laced pills.
They also had:
—Meth, cocaine, heroin & MDMA
—Assault rifles, fully automatic machine guns and body armor.
