I had some inquiries asking if it was legal for illegal aliens to own businesses in the US.
So I did some research — the answer is apparently, yes.
There’s no US law currently in place that prohibits illegal aliens from starting their own businesses. All they really need to obtain are ITIN and EIN numbers, which are tax and employee identifications.
The only caveat is that federal law prohibits them from hiring illegal aliens.
Sanctuary jurisdictions, where officials do not check an individual’s immigration status, are suspected of having a high number of illegal alien business owners.
Data projects that there are roughly 1 MILLION illegal alien-owned businesses in the US.

Breaking: An illegal migrant store owner in Oregon has been arrested and charged for laundering MILLIONS of dollars in narcotics trafficking money to Mexico.
Jose Alonso Paramo Arguello, 45, a citizen of Mexico, has been accused of using his three businesses to transfer drug money to Mexico — a common tactic used by the terrorist Cartels.
He allegedly broke down transactions into smaller amounts and used fake names and addresses for the money senders to conceal the true nature of the funds, court documents state.
Arguello is the owner and operator of two Tienda Santa Maria II stores, with one location in Phoenix, Oregon and another in Medford, Oregon.
He also owns the Paramos Barber Shop in Central Point, Oregon.
