At 11:37 POTUS started taking questions:

He was asked about diverting assets from Ukraine to the Middle East:
“We do that all the time. You know, we have tremendous amounts of ammunition. We have in other countries, like in Germany and all over Europe. We have, you know, we're packed. And we take, sometimes we take from one use for another. We help Ukraine. Biden started. We gave three, $50 billion dollars away, too much, way too much, and we sell it now to NATO.”
On whether he’d consider suspending the gas tax:
“we've thought about it against it, honestly, when I did this, I knew it was going to be a little bit we had the greatest economy ever, with the greatest stock market in history. I said, we're going to take a little bit of a hit, short term hit. It's going to end up going much higher than it was, in my opinion. I said, I said, we're gonna have a great stock market.”

First some news: POTUS said the “surprise” he’s been referring regarding Iran was that the Iranians said they would let 8 boats of oil pass through the strait as a show of sincerity ahead of talks. He said they were Pakistan-flagged boats. And two additional boats were let through, he added, so 10 boats passed. “I guess we are speaking to the that people” he said, and joked with Witkoff that he hoped he didn’t compromise negotiations.
