The task force has successfully arrested dangerous criminals, removed known gang members from our streets, cleared nearly 150 homeless encampments, connected over 350 homeless individuals with mental health services, removed all graffiti from the National Mall and Memorial Parks, repaired six fountains, and greatly improved concealed carry permitting appointment wait times from four months to just one day.
The task force will continue its critical work to keep DC safe and beautiful.
