It took a specific act of Congress to extend to them the citizenship rights afforded by the 14th Amendment—a statutory privilege that has never been extended to illegal immigrants or birth tourists.
If you had 1) listened to the actual oral arguments instead of relying on fake click bait, 2) read a book, or 3) made any effort to learn actual history, you would know this.
