A key difference there is that the UK has a strong right-wing populist / sovereigntist minority streak, but that streak is applied to protecting UK's interests againt Russia.
And those interests mean: keep United States money flowing into NATO and keep United States money flowing into Ukraine. Which by extension means weakening the MAGA base and being anti-Trump.
I suspect, but have no smoking gun, that these UK connections are motivating Candace Owens in her splintering of the MAGA base.
