Here's the thing I'll say, though: the justices are human. Not everything that comes out of their mouths is planned in advance. We have all said things when we feel really strongly, when we are hurt by something, that we come to later regret. We know from Justice Kennedy's recent book that Justice Scalia apologized to him. Again, I don't know what's going on with Justices Sotomayor and Kavanaugh, but I think there's a decent chance that Justice Sotomayor probably regrets that that came out the way that it did or that she went there. I think it's also fair, however, to say that absolutely reflects how she feels about that case.

Savanah Hernandez @Savsays - UNFORTUNATE UPDATE: I found out that Deyanna Ostroushko, the woman who you see assaulting me in the video below, will NOT be charged for assaulting me on Saturday.
The Hennepin County Sheriffs department stated to me that they feel they do not have sufficient evidence to recommend charges against her.

CHARGES HAVE NOT been filed against all the suspected individuals seen assaulting Turning Point USA journalist Savanah Hernandez.
Paige Ostroushko, Chris Ostroushko, and Paige’s boyfriend have been charged with JUST MISDEMEANORS.
Hernandez is suffering from a concussion, two sprains, and multiple bruises as a result of the assault.
Hernandez was assaulted by at least six people during Saturday’s protest.
Deyanna Ostroushko (mother) has NOT been charged, even though video appears to show her making physical contact with Hernandez and refusing to leave her alone.
