WH withdrew his first nominee Dr. Janette Nesheiwat in August, a day before her scheduled Senate HELP Committee confirmation hearing. President Trump then named Dr. Casey Means, who testified in February, but did not have enough support to be approved in that committee, chaired by Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA).
