The president came out of the Oval Office at 12:48PM as “Eye of the Tiger” played.
He high-fived the mascots and then walked to the putting green on the lawn to speak to some children.
Kids have been playing the entire time we’ve been out here. The George Washington mascot did a pull up. Secretary Turner ran some kids through footwork drills. Screech is doing sit ups with kids.
The president and his friends did some putting. He missed all three attempts. Gary Player went after the president. He also missed. Bryson went next. He missed too.
Then the president walked over to the kids doing jumping jacks. They stopped as the president came over and crowded him. They spoke to the president for several minutes and shook his hand.
We are still on the south lawn. YMCA is playing now. The president did his dance with some kids.
The president mascots briefly did the Trump dance. Now they’re back to throwing the football with each other.
