U.S. Marshals Service @USMarshalsHQ - Director Serralta never said he could free Tina Peters nor did he say that Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche could either. They cannot. This is not a federal issue.

Video: US MARSHALS READY TO FREE TINA PETERS? Raiklin Says DOJ (AKA BLANCHE) Is HOLDING IT UP
“I can’t do that unless Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche gives me the order. But if he does, I’d be happy to go ahead and extract a federal witness according to proper authority.”
@IvanRaiklin confronted U.S. Marshals Director Gadyaces S. Serralta directly before testimony with @FBIDirectorKash and asked why 4,000 federal marshals weren’t being sent to free Tina Peters from what he described as “political prisoner of war conditions” in Colorado.
Raiklin’s message to @TheJusticeDept leadership:
“Tell @DAGToddBlanche maybe he should take a moment away from his luncheon and actually free @realTinaPeters… because he has the authority to do so.”
@Raiklin added the Marshals Director is allegedly prepared to deploy his agents to extract Peters - and it could possibly be done “this Memorial Day weekend or sooner.”
THIS IS HUGE.
